Even if you have an unorthodox request, we will review your enquiry and respond with our thoughts, without any initial financial obligation.

However, we find that no two enquiries are identical, so please request a specific quotation and check if discounts are available for certain tasks if undertaken at a convenient time. Your initial Ancestor Enquiries are totally free and if we find that we cannot identify anything of value to your ancestry investigation, then no fees will be demanded. We only ask for any type of payment when you have agreed to a Research Brief in writing. A minimum deposit is normally required before any documents or reports are issued to you.
